You are able to unsubscribe or change the amount of the emails you receive from us at the bottom of any email you receive from Gentle Stretching. Simply scroll down to the bottom of the email and click “Manage Subscription Options”. You will then be redirected to a page where you can update your contact information, or click “unsubscribe from list” to stop receive emails from us.
Please be aware, if you unsubscribe, you will not be able to re-subscribe using the same email address.
