Gentle Stretching reserves the right to refuse/cancel a membership/order for any reason. If Gentle Stretching refuses a new or renewing membership, the member will be offered a refund, if applicable.
You can cancel your membership before the end of your free trial period by sending us an email at support@GentleStretching.net. You can also reach our support team by calling 1-888-291-2430 (toll free in the USA and Canada), or sending an SMS to 1-888-229-4992. We will process your request, no questions asked. Please provide a minimum of 2 business days’ notice prior to your next monthly membership payment to avoid future billing.
Membership cancellations received within the free trial will not be billed. Refunds for cancellations received after the trial period can be requested within 60 days of initial payment. After the 60-day refund period, partial months of your membership will not be pro-rated and are non-refundable.
All refund requests must be made by the member or credit card holder. Refund requests must also include the name and email address associated with the product purchase and transaction number.
If approved, the refund will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
The above policies apply to all Gentle Stretching memberships unless otherwise noted in the corresponding program materials. Please read all individual program information thoroughly.
